News from the slopes

CairnGorm Mountain from the air 9 February 2009

Quite a blustery day on the hill today with just the train running for access to the Cas side snowsports. On the plus side it has turned colder again with some hefty snow showers coming through. Most main runs are still complete and there is still reasonable routes back to the Day Lodge. Forecast for tomorrow is for strong winds and more heavy snowfall. We will have an update for 7.00 am with the prospects for the day. Ops 1
